The curriculum also addresses complex ethical, regulatory, and privacy considerations, training learners to navigate compliance requirements and emerging policy expectations.

    Finally, participants will explore how AI standards and interoperability frameworks support scalable, trustworthy adoption of AI throughout healthcare systems. By completing this microcredential, learners will gain the skills to lead and support AI initiatives, align AI strategies with corporate goals, and advance safe, ethical, and interoperable AI in healthcare.

Building on our HIMSS AI in Healthcare Introductory Microcredential, this intermediate-level microcredential is designed for learners who already have a basic understanding of AI and are ready to strengthen their expertise in applying advanced AI capabilities within healthcare environments.
