If you join an Executive Connect cohort, you’ll have access to:

    Over nine months, you’ll grow through a powerful mix of virtual and in-person learning—including monthly live, expert-led sessions and self-paced coursework. In small-group settings, you’ll learn from top industry leaders as you explore AI, cybersecurity, digital health transformation, and leadership. The experience is designed to build lasting skills—and lasting connections.

  • Personalized executive coaching

    Meet monthly with seasoned executive coaches to refine your leadership presence, overcome challenges, and accelerate your career growth. Coaching has been shown to improve performance by up to 70%, and this program gives you direct access to that level of development.

  • A high-impact in-person experience

    You’ll join peers and faculty for an exclusive 2.5-day in-person event in Tampa, Florida. This immersive gathering features interactive sessions, hands-on learning, and candid conversations with industry leaders—all designed to deepen your knowledge and strengthen your connections. It’s a chance to step away, reflect, and grow alongside a close-knit community of peers.

  • Lifelong connections

    You’ll build a powerful network of peers—leaders who challenge, support, and grow alongside you. Over nine months, you’ll connect through small-group sessions, an immersive in-person retreat, and exclusive access to the HIMSS26 Executive Summit (included with early bird registration). You’ll also join a growing alumni community, expanding your circle of trusted colleagues and collaborators well beyond the program.

    Aspiring Executives

    You're poised to make the jump into the C-suite—you just need the right tools and professional connections. The ideal candidate is within 3-5 years of assuming a C-suite role.

    Brand-new Executives

    You're new to the C-Suite role and looking towards the future. You want to develop the digital health expertise you have to drive change from the top down.

    Senior Executives in Healthcare

    You’ve been in an executive role for a while, but want to stay ahead of industry trends and network with rising leaders in the healthcare industry.

    We make your investment worth it — Executive Connect helps you build real relationships with industry leaders, master change management, and empower your decision-making.

    The learning you take with you:

    • 14 hours of live, virtual instructor-led training
    • 8 hours of self-directed learning
    • 2.5 days of in-person learning
    • Access to Personalized Executive Coaching throughout the program
    • 30+ tools and resources to supplement learning (i.e., white papers, case studies, and other non-commercial unbiased assets)

    Program costs:

    • Early bird: by September 15, 2025*
      $7,500 plus complimentary registration to the HIMSS26 Executive Summit.
    • Regular: September 16 - October 15, 2025
      $7,500 plus a 20% discount on registration to the HIMSS26 Executive Summit.

    *Complimentary Executive Summit registration is only available with full payment by the early bird deadline.

    **All Executive Connect participants will be approved to attend the Executive Summit.
