The 2026 edition of the international conference Innovating Health Together, organized by Health Cluster Portugal, will take place on October 27th and 28th, in Lisbon.
Under the theme "Resilient and Sustainable Health Systems for the Future", this conference aims to address the unprecedented challenges that health systems, both in Europe and globally, are facing: demographic aging, the shortage of healthcare professionals, rising costs, and increasing asymmetries in access to care. Given this scenario, the urgency to design new care delivery models and ensure long-term systemic resilience has never been more pressing.
