The Department of Health Services and Information Management, which is housed in the College of Allied Health Sciences at East Carolina University, offers bachelors programs in Health Services Management, Health Information Management, a master’s degree in Health Informatics and Information Management, and certificates in Health Care Administration, Health Informatics, Health Information Management, and Health Care Management.

Students completing the bachelor’s degree or certificate in Health Information Management, may sit for the Registered Health Information Administrator certification examination. All degree granting programs are accredited by either CAHIIM or AUPHA. Programs and certificates are available online or face to face.
