The College of St. Scholastica

Located on a scenic hillside overlooking Lake Superior in Duluth, Minnesota, The College of St. Scholastica is rooted in a proud tradition of innovation and leadership in healthcare, inspired by the enduring values of our Benedictine heritage. Faculty in the Department of Health Informatics and Information Management are nationally recognized scholars who have authored and edited influential books, articles, and research that shape education and practice across the field.


Our academic offerings include on-campus and online Bachelor of Science programs in Health Informatics and Information Management, as well as fully online Master of Science programs in Health Information Management and Health Informatics, all accredited by the Commission on Accreditation for Health Informatics and Information Management Education (CAHIIM). We also offer a fully online Master of Healthcare Administration program. Through personalized advising and close faculty mentorship, we work with each student to identify a pace and pathway that supports their goals and ensures their success.
