The University of Wisconsin Extended Campus offers an online, dual track, CAHIIM accredited BS in Health Information Management and Technology (HIMT) and an MS in Healthcare Administration (HCA). The HIMT program prepares graduates to be uniquely positioned in the healthcare field with superior technology skills along with in-demand leadership ability. We also offer a Post-Baccalaureate Certificate in Health Information Management and Technology which allows students who currently possess a bachelors degree the opportunity to sit for the Registered Health Information Administrator (RHIA) credential. The HIMT and HCA programs provide students with expert faculty and instruction along with an innovative curriculum to provide the skills needed in this ever-changing, high demand field. The HIMT program is both an Organizational Affiliate and Approved Education Partner with HIMSS.
