Call for Proposals Opens for HIMSS26 Europe
HIMSS has opened the Call for Proposals for the 2026 HIMSS European Health Conference & Exhibition, taking place 19-21 May, 2026 in Copenhagen. Healthcare professionals, innovators, researchers and digital health leaders are invited to submit session proposals that advance the conversation of digital transformation across Europe’s health ecosystems.Â
The conference programme aims to highlight cutting-edge strategies, practical solutions and multidisciplinary perspectives that reflect the evolving needs and priorities of the healthcare community.Â
The submission period runs from Dec. 1, 2025 to Jan. 15, 2026, during which prospective speakers may put forward sessions designed to inspire, challenge existing frameworks and contribute to meaningful progress in digital health transformations.Â
All submissions will be evaluated by the HIMSS26 Europe Programme Committee according to established criteria, including relevance, originality, balance and speaker composition. Proposals that offer diverse viewpoints, practical frameworks and measurable impact will be prioritized.Â
Submitters will be notified of their proposal’s status by March 15, 2026.
HIMSS26 Europe will convene leaders from across the healthcare space to explore developments shaping the future of digital health, health system modernization, data interoperability, AI adoption, digital equity and workforce transformation.Â
