HIMSS Cybersecurity Survey Collecting Responses for 2025 Report

Healthcare cybersecurity professionals are invited to share their insights on day-to-day cybersecurity operations and oversight within the 2025 HIMSS Cybersecurity Survey, now in its seventeenth year.

Survey questions ask respondents about their perspectives, knowledge and experiences over the past 12 months.

The survey gathers information from cybersecurity professionals nationwide to help provide a comprehensive look at today’s cybersecurity practices, workforce challenges and industry trends.

The survey report will be published in the first quarter of 2026.

The 2024 iteration of the annual report found a need for more robust insider threat programs, improved third-party risk management and better monitoring of artificial intelligence use.
