Registration is open for the HIMSS AI Leadership Strategy Summit, taking place Sept. 18-19 in Chicago. The two-day summit is designed to empower leaders to maximize the value of their AI investments and drive change across their organizations.

David Rhew, Global Chief Medical Officer & VP of Healthcare at Microsoft, will deliver the opening keynote on transformative care delivery and the democratization of AI in healthcare.

Rhew is a leading health expert, computer scientist and care delivery innovator, and he will discuss the transformative potential of AI-driven retinopathy detectors.

Rhew has been a driving force behind the development, validation and deployment of digital health solutions recognized by global organizations such as the Consumer Technology Association and the Vatican’s Pontifical Council for Culture as being some of the most innovative and impactful in the industry.

In his Friday keynote, Micky Tripathi, Chief AI Implementation Officer at Mayo Clinic and Former Assistant Secretary for Technology Policy at the U.S. Department of Health & Human Services, will cover leading the next era of healthcare: interoperability, innovation, and the executive imperative.
