Registration is now open for the 2027 HIMSS European Health Conference & Exhibition, taking place 8-10 June, 2027, in Barcelona, Spain, at the Barcelona International Convention Centre.

HIMSS27 Europe will bring together the region’s most influential healthcare leaders, innovators and policymakers to explore the newest technologies, strategies and innovations shaping the future of health.

Over the past decade, Spain has made significant progress in digital health despite its regionally structured innovation. Starting in 2027, the country is shifting toward a more data-driven model, with interoperability, governance and AI playing a central role in improving health outcomes.
