Healthcare and technology leaders are invited to contribute their knowledge and solutions to the unparalleled general education program at the 2026 HIMSS Global Health Conference & Exhibition, taking place March 9-12, 2026, in Las Vegas.

The HIMSS26 call for proposals will accept submissions May 12 to June 9, 2025. 

Presenters, educators and advocates for change can showcase their innovative approaches with a global audience of healthcare professionals, enhancing their professional profiles and gaining recognition as leaders in their field.

Proposals are peer reviewed, scored and selected by members of the HIMSS Global Health Education Committee. Reviewers look for comprehensive ideas, detailed findings and finalized results.

All HIMSS members are also encouraged to help shape the global conference by applying to review and recommend submitted proposals.

The peer-review process for proposals helps to ensure high quality, accurate content, promoting academic rigor and high scholarly standards. The process is fair and objective, bringing in multiple perspectives to reduce bias. More than 200 subject matter experts are selected to serve as the backbone of this critical process.

The deadline to apply to be a reviewer is May 28, 2025.
