UX in Virtual Care

The HIMSS Virtual Care Community hosted a well-attended, fast-paced 2-hour session at HIMSS25 in Las Vegas. International speakers discussed the evolution of virtual care growth and UX strategies, with patients and family caregiver engagement in design and evaluation at the center of the discussion. Recent virtual care UX data was demonstrated interactively with the audience.
